Matcha Bear bamboo whisk

A chasen is the one tool you actually need for properly foamy matcha. 100 prongs, standard curved-tip shape, one piece of bamboo. It whisks evenly, builds a nice foam, and holds up to daily use.

NB! Before first use, soak your chasen in hot water for 5 minutes. This softens the prongs and opens them fully - skipping this step is the most common reason whisks break early.
