Matcha Bear bamboo whisk

A chasen is non-negotiable for a proper ceremonial matcha ritual. A fork won't do it. A milk frother technically works, but strips the ritual entirely. This whisk does what it needs to: 100 prongs, standard curved-tip shape, whole piece of bamboo. It whisks matcha evenly, builds a decent foam, and holds up to daily use.

NB! Before first use, soak your chasen in hot water for 5 minutes. This softens the prongs and opens them fully - skipping this step is the single most common reason whisks break prematurely.
